8 Days Honey moon Safari
Day 1: Arrival/ Arusha (D)
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a Tales of Tanzania Safaris representative and you will be driven to your lodge for a welcome amenity and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure – rest in your room, enjoy a swim in the pool or explore Arusha and the surrounding areas on one of our day tours, the choice is yours

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Today after breakfast you will be collected from your lodge and drive to Tarangire National Park with lunch boxes. The drive to Tarangire National Park is about 110 Km and takes about 2 hours from Arusha
Tarangire National Park is a huge park best known for its large herds of elephants, but it’s also great for lions and leopards, wonderful for bird life, great variety of landscapes and wildlife. The gorgeous Silale Swamp, towards the south of the park, is magnificent and almost always rich in wildlife taking advantage of this reliable water source. The park provides water not only from the swamp, but also from the Tarangire River, and during the dry season, it’s the primary source of water for animals from the entire area, making for fantastic viewing.
After a full day in the park, we will drive to Nimali Tarangire lodge for a private bush dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Today you will enjoy a champagne breakfast in a beautiful bush and spectacular scenery by the banks of the Tarangire river and thereafter you will drive to the famous Serengeti.
The central Serengeti boasts those spectacular “endless plains,” dotted with acacia trees and the occasional rocky kopjes — What is special about Central Serengeti is the wide open spaces, driving through the miles and miles of animals as far as the eye can see, riverine forest and leopard. There is nice chance of seeing leopards along the river valleys and also the wildebeest spread over a large area (It can be visited at any time of the year)
In the evening you will drive to Melia Serengeti lodge for a special welcome amenity, sparkling wine in the room on arrival, a romantic turn down during your stay, and 10% off on Spa packages.

DAY 4: Serengeti National Park (B, L, D)
Before sunrise around 6 am we leave the lodge for an early morning game drive. This is generally the best time to spot the wildlife, as the temperature is cool and the animals are still very active, including the big cats, which will be returning from a night of hunting.
You will then drive back to the lodge for a leisurely breakfast followed by a pure relaxation break. You will then go for another game drive and sunset viewing over the Serengeti in the late hours of the day. An exciting day ends with a relaxing sundowner drive. Experience a spectacular sunset while enjoying sundowner refreshments (gin&tonic/local beers/housewife/ soft drinks) and snacks under a melting amber sunset in our memorable locations. Accommodation:

DAY 5: Serengeti National Park (B, L, D)
After breakfast in the morning, you will enjoy another game drive in Serengeti National Park. You will later go for a bush lunch. Enjoy a delightful meal in one of the many incredible areas on the Serengeti plains while viewing the extraordinary landscape and abundant game, thereafter, you will drive to Ngorongoro while enjoying a game drive en route.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Conservation
Today you will enjoy a full day game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. This Crater is the world’s largest intact collapsed caldera (volcano) which is a self-contained ecosystem with its own unique population of wildlife in a confined area of amazing variety.
The crater boasts lots of lions, hyenas, fantastic bird life, serval, Cape buffalo, zebra, and gorgeous landscapes – Also there is the added advantage of seeing Rhino if you are lucky. The view from the veranda of the lodges are breathtaking especially in the morning with the early morning mist, because of the high altitude (It can be visited at any time of the year)
You will have your lunch in the Crater and then continue with the game drive.

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park
This is another lovely park, lying roughly between Tarangire and the Ngorongoro Crater. It boasts a beautiful little groundwater forest where you can spot Blue Monkeys lots of giraffes, elephants, lions, and leopards and a very pretty lake dusted pink in the distance with flamingos.
Stretching for 50km along the base of the rusty-gold 600-meter high Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is a scenic gem, with a setting extolled by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”. From the entrance gate, the road winds through an expanse of lush jungle-like groundwater forest where hundred-strong baboon troops lounge nonchalantly along the roadside, blue monkeys scamper nimbly between the ancient mahogany trees, dainty bushbuck tread through the shadows, and outsized forest hornbills honk cacophonously in the high canopy.
You will enjoy your lunch box in the park and continue with the game drive. In the late afternoon, you will be driven back to your lodge.

Day 8: Tour End
Today is your final safari day. You will enjoy breakfast at the lodge and then drive to Arusha/Kilimanjaro airport for your onward flight.

After breakfast join your guide for a village tour – you will Cycle through MtowaMbu Village where you will experience local life and enjoy the sights and sounds of this vibrant town before riding to a Mama’s house where you will feast on a traditional Tanzanian meal (Optional at the extra cost of $60 USD per person and not included in the package.
